I called to book a reservation with value shuttle the person on the phone was very rude then when i called back to confirm they could find my reservation anywhere again i was treated rude i would walk before i ever call them again i guess i should have read the reviews first hope this saves someone the headache of having to deal with them .I have talked to other people that have had to stand on the curb at the airport for 45mins to an hour and have been taken all over the valley despite what they claim .the new owners should have taken a class in customer care cause they sure dont know what there doing and neither does there staff .

Monetary Loss: $35.
